The SPRINT Robotics World Conference for Inspection & Maintenance Robotics will take place in Amsterdam, the Netherlands on October 20 – 22, 2025. This flagship event features a dynamic two-and-a-half-day program of technical presentations, an exposition, robotic demonstrations and dedicated networking events.

If you would like to present at the World Conference for Inspection & Maintenance Robotics, submit your abstract to conference@sprintrobotics.org, with the email title: CALL FOR ABSTRACTS – World Conference 2025. 

Submission deadline: 18 April 2025

We welcome real-world use cases and encourage submissions that highlight collaboration between asset owners and service providers.

Please note that commercial presentations will not be accepted.

This year, we will feature two main conference tracks, making the selection process more rigorous due to a limited number of speaking slots. Be sure to submit a strong, insightful abstract for consideration!

After the submission deadline, the abstracts will undergo an objective peer review. We will inform you by June 2025 if your abstract has been selected.
