The SPRINT Robotics Global Inspection & Maintenance Week unites industry leaders, innovators, and experts from around the world. Spanning five days, this experience will feature insightful discussions, hands-on demonstrations, and networking opportunities aimed at advancing the field of inspection and maintenance robotics. With a diverse range of sessions and activities planned, attendees can expect to gain valuable insights, forge meaningful connections, and explore the latest technologies shaping the future of the industry.

DAY 1 – OCTOBER 28

Exposition Build-up and Early Badge Pickup  |  Location: FMCC – A Room With A ZOO (Atrium)

Sponsors and Exhibitors have the opportunity to collect their event badges in advance while the ongoing setup of booths and spaces at the exhibition area starts.

Opening Speech & Icebreaker Activity | Location: Antwerp City Hall

The opening address and commencement of this year’s Industry Speed Dating icebreaker activity will be led by The Honorable Erica Caluwaerts, Alderwoman of the City of Antwerp.

Participating asset owners and exhibiting I&M robotics solution providers will have the opportunity to engage and network during the Industry Speed Dating event. A favorite among the SPRINT Robotics community, this event fosters meaningful interactions and connections and fosters collaboration and innovation within the industry.

After the Opening Remarks from the Conference Chairman, delve into the bustling exhibition area of the SPRINT Robotics World Conference, where over 50 global companies showcase their latest innovations in inspection and maintenance robotics, revolutionizing industrial processes across diverse sectors.  This year’s expo floor will also include a Tech Demo cage. 

Plenary Session: Keynote Speakers, Panel Session, Exhibitor Pitches | Location: FMCC – A Room With A ZOO (Queen Elisabeth Hall)

The conference, opened by Conference Chair Tjibbe Bouma, will feature keynote speeches from distinguished guests and representatives from asset owner organizations within SPRINT Robotics, followed by an insightful panel discussion on industry issues. Attendees can engage in an open forum for questions, while exhibitors will have designated time slots to introduce their products and services.

Technical Presentations and Workshops | Location: FMCC – A Room With A ZOO (Queen Elisabeth Hall  | Gorilla Rooms 1 & 3)

Conference Pass holders have the opportunity to join diverse track sessions and presentations led by a range of expert speakers from various industries, disciplines, and fields relevant to inspection and maintenance robotics. This year we’ll be introducing workshops as part of the program.

Walk & Talk and SPRINT Robotics Awards Ceremonies | Location: FMCC – A Room With A ZOO (Queen Elisabeth Hall)

Asset Owners and delegates can network and engage with industry delegates while enjoying the Walking Dinner Buffet and exploring the booths of exhibiting I&M robotics solution providers before celebrating excellence and innovation in I&M robotics at the prestigious SPRINT Robotics Awards ceremony.

SPRINT Robotics Global Participant Day | Location: Port Authority Building (Havenhuis)

SPRINT Robotics members convene at the annual Global Participant’s Day to discuss the latest industry trends, issues and advancements that concern the implementation of I&M robotics at the iconic Port Authority Building in the Port of Antwerp.

SPRINT Robotics Global Participants Dinner | Location: TBC

After a whole day of meetings and discussions, participants are invited to a casual dinner to network, relax and cap off the Global I&M Week.

DAY 5 – NOVEMBER 1

SPRINT Robotics Program Committee Meeting | Location: The Beacon

The Program Committee Meeting plays a crucial role in ensuring high-quality programs and events that connect end users with service and technology providers, are organized by the organization.
